Oathkeeper is built on a simple privacy stance: your oath is between you and yourself.

Your voice recording never leaves your phone

When you swear your oath, the audio is recorded and stored only on your device. It is never uploaded, transmitted, analyzed, or backed up to any server we operate. Deleting the app deletes the recording.

What we store

• On your device: your oath text, your daily keep/break record, your settings, and your voice recording. This data stays local.
• No account is required. We do not collect your name, email, or contacts.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We use RevenueCat to validate subscription status; this involves an anonymous app-generated identifier and purchase receipt data — never your identity or your oath content.

Analytics and tracking

Oathkeeper does not sell data, does not show ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a push-notification server that reads your data.

Children

Oathkeeper is intended for users 17 and older and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
